At Baracuta, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order isn't quite right, you can return any unworn items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all authentic Baracuta tags and labels remain attached to the garments.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package at any authorized courier drop-off point and keep your receipt for tracking until your refund is processed.
